SmartCo Services Names Tom Wagner as CEO

SmartCo Services LLC and SmartCo Consulting and Training, LLC have announced that Tom Wagner has been selected as the organization’s Chief Executive Officer and new Member of the Board of Directors. Tom previously served as the organization’s Chief Financial Officer and is uniquely qualified to lead SmartCo in its future growth and development.

We are an organization with a specific focus, to develop innovative managed solutions while providing world-class service designed to maximize customer success,” said Wagner.

All of the existing owners and executives of the company will continue their involvement with the organization as Board Members, guiding strategic direction, but with day-to-day implementation, operational management and decision-making in the hands of Wagner.
