SmartCo Services LLC is a web based technology company which was established in 2005. There are currently about 70 employees between our two office locations. Our headquarters, located in Taunton, Massachusetts and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
SmartCo's primary product is a smart inventory program called PartsEye. This program is used by car dealerships internationally to optimize the inventory in their parts department by analyzing their data. We use PartsEye to see what parts a dealership is selling, what parts a dealership has in stock, and consider current industry trends to decide what parts a dealership should order on a daily basis. Our employees provide technical and inventory planning support to all our customers to ensure the program meets their individual needs. Currently, over 3,500 dealerships use PartsEye to meet our ultimate goal, which is keep parts stocked. SmartCo is always developing innovative new programs to advance our goals and proactively meet the needs of our customers. Our focus is on continuous improvement by constantly analyzing current practices and streamlining wherever possible.

Culture is a carrier of meaning. Cultures provide not only a shared view of “what is” but also of “why is.” In this view, culture is about “the story” in which people in the organization are embedded, and the values and rituals that reinforce that narrative.
